A 10 Day Retreat Meeting? Maybe we could all meet up next year?! I propose we should sign up for a free ten day course, just outside of Wales! It's called vipassana mediation and it truly has changed my #life for the better- I want to share that with all you guys... Yes it's tricky with all our commitments but at present the waiting list is quite long! Maybe if its something your interested in trying, leave me a comment or two and I shall try and answer any questions you may have! This is kind of a two birds with one stone (possibly three) 1.
