Making My Performance I was on my way to our school talent show, with my dog, buttons. She was sitting beside me, panting, as dogs do. Tongue out, looking adorable, I don't know how dogs do it, if you laid eyes on a human doing it, you would wonder, "is there anything wrong with them?" But dogs are different. Buttons is a chocolate Labrador, she has lovely blue eyes like a new - born baby, glimmering. Her ears flop beside her, wobbling around whenever she tilts her head. She has a lovely snowy white collar, with a little bone dangling on it. It has written on it, BUTTONS: IF FOUND, PLEASE RETURN TO 22 STENT STREET. 'We're here, Rochelle, come on, carry Buttons out with you, and don't get nervous, just pretend we're in the dining room, with you practicing, and just face me, and Buttons will do whatever to say!' She said, encouraging me, like my mum always does. I was doing a dog routine with Buttons in the talent show, and I was really hoping it would go as good as practising with mum watching...
