The rain came crashing down. The drips water peeled my face like broken glass! I rushed through out the neighbor hood looking for a place to stay.. Before the storm got worse. Every door was locked with thick pieces of wood boarding up the doors and glass windows. Boom lightning struck as hard knocking me off my feet! Then I heard a roaring noise and a dim flash of orange. It was fire!! The power line had been struck!!!! Suddenly I heard a creaking noise. The power line began to rock back and fort. Coming in my direction the power line was going to crash!!! So I covered my eyes knowing that the power line would crush me but then I felt a pull off my sweatshirt. To be continued........
