Major Search Chapter 5 - The Visitor The three children sat on an old, rotten log. It was getting dark, and they had travelled a long distance, by now, their mother would've realised that they had gone. The three sat there, shivering violently. Annie piped up, " We need to find shelter for tonight, or we'll freeze to death!" They were wandering through a small, deserted village. The children came across an abandoned barn. The three children crept in, being very careful so that they wouldn't get caught sneaking around.
