A Child's Innocence .......A child's innocence. It astounds me. Amaze me even. Such purity it makes my heart ache and think that perhaps a long time ago I'm just like them. Innocent. Naive. Gullible. So trusting. And Pure. Yet I can't help but to think what happened to make me the girl I am today? And I remembered, all those tear filled nights, all those faked smiles, the forced laughters, and all those breakdowns. And maybe, just maybe I felt something akin to gratitude that even though I did suffer from those experiences horribly. I grew up. I learned to be strong. I learned not to trust anyone 100% but myself, and even then I still sometimes let myself down. But I think that the best thing I've learned so far is how to.....Never Ever Give Up Without A Fight.
