A Tree A tree with no roots Is dead to it's core Rotting on the ground Surrounded by gore A tree with no leaves Is naked and sad Like a flower with no sun A girl with no dad A tree with no wood Is not a tree at all With nothing to suport it It would not stand tall A tree with no branches Would only be a stump A big old ugly lonely lump A tree is a tree with all of these features Let's pretend I am a tree, missing parts A lonely creature
