How much blood do you need to lose in one go to die? I did something a little stupid and lost quite a lot of blood. I've been a little dizzy and my vision's been going a little blurry since, but it's not so bad that I'm falling over. Even so, it's scaring me to the point that I'm scared to go to sleep because I've convinced myself that I'm not going to wake up in the morning. I think I'll be okay, but I'm still the slightest bit terrified.
