Ha! Quite a predicament indeed. I think I recently heard though that sleeping more than 7 to 8 hours has the same effect as sleeping less than that!

@Andreas_ Well, that certainly explains why I've always felt more tired after sleeping 8-9 hours than after 6-7 hours.
