Magic Where I come from Is where old times, new times, now unite Where hay, grass, trees, and crops grow Where brothers teach, care, and tease Where horses gallop, frolic, and sing Where cats hunt, play,and sleep Where due stays longer, Where I am from is gentle breezes, mountains, and beauty Where rivers rush As children play Clouds are pure Trees are crowned in gold, red, and green Then the occasional orange Animals are friends As are people My home is where the forest and town unite Where deer are plentiful and shy Where the air is comforting Where all know one another's names Where I am from is magical
