My Self Harm Story-How It All Began Hi! So, uh, my full name is Ciara Nicole Paige Brown, I'm 12 yrs old and I self harm. At first it was barely even a scratch, but it was nice. It then went on to deeper scratches which would have signs that it would of bled over time. Then it went on to trying to get it so deep that it would cut, I've almost got there, sometimes it works, I've got some scars too, and some fresh 'cuts?' On my right arm at the top. I don't know why I do it, I just do. I guess I feel alone without even knowing it. But I feel bad for doing it, I'm upsetting loads of people, but I can't stop, I don't think I ever will, it's addictive. True story- Ciara xo
