Does This Come To An End? Now and again I go through stages, Where #life just doesn't seem worth living. I feel sick to my stomach and my head is aching. I have even resorted to self harm... Something that I thought I would never admit, Even though Until bloody and sore I scratched and gruesomely bit. But I'm terrified of everything... The present and the future, I don't know how much I can endure. Does this come to an end? Otherwise things will get bad for sure.

There is always reason to smile. When you can't find anything to smile about try to help anyone...make other people happy...people will smile at you and it will reenergise your sole. There are always people living in worst situation than we do, it's hard to see it when we feel down and depressed, however it's true! Be strong, look for long solution and never ever harm yourself because by doing this you harm those who care about you and of course you wouldn't help yourself! All the best! Smile and hug...
