Insomnia makes you feel like you're the only person alive in the whole world. And it's just so typical that I then get ill on top of that. I bet I'm the only person who could take sleeping pills as strong as these and still wake up 4 hours later. Still, there is something peaceful about early mornings. The dawn chorus of the birds is strangely soothing and I enjoy watching colour come back into the world. I just wish the sun would break through - I'm done with April Showers.
