Harmony, Chapter 2 "Uhh... No," I stuttered, immediately blushing and feeling stupid. Why couldn't I be sexy and mysterious like Macy or Cassandra?! Peter flashed me another sparkling smile that showed all of his beautiful white teeth. "Sweet," He said, grinning. He slid into the dark blue chair next to me and opened his textbook to page 79. Shakespeare. "Peter," Mrs. Joldie, the English teacher said. "Please read the third #poem on the page. It's a love #poem." Most of the boys in the class groaned and sat back and closed their eyes. But Peter just looked at me with those perfect green eyes. He smiled. Then he read, loud and clear, "Shall I compare thee to a summer's day? Thou art more lovely and more temperate: Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May, And summer's lease hath all too short a date: But thy eternal summer shall not fade." It was beautiful. When he was done reading, he smiled a smexy crooked smile. My heart melted. Later.... It was ninth period when I was opening my locker to grab my bag. I stuffed all the books into it. I had been thinking of Peter the entire day. Not even the Devil Sisters (Macy and Cassandra Jevil) could get me down. I shoved my English textbook into by bag and a little piece of paper fell out. Curious, I snagged it right before the very final bell and a wave of students rushed toward the doors. The note read: Beautiful. -Peter Then it had his phone number. Holding back tears of joys, I rushed home and quickly typed his number into my iPhone.
