Self Sabotage Ok time to get back on track, it's been 6 months I've gained 6 maybe 8 lbs. this will be easy, I know what to do. Go back to the meetings, get weighed share my failings with the group, promise to eat less, exercise more. I can do this. Ok so I gained 14lbs. This will be harder than I thought but I know what to do. Go home clear out the 'goodies' from the cupboard. Remove all temptation. Ooh goodies on the cupboards. I forgot I bought that. Just one bite then in the bin. Ohh it tastes so good, just one more handful... Oh Lord have I really eaten all of this? All these empty packets of chocolates and crisps? I'll start being good again tomorrow.
