Patchwork #life, is complicated. Sewing, is too. Strings become tangled And knots begin to form. Sometimes, you prick yourself. So, you start again Only To make another mistake. You become frustrated And want to give up. So, you put it away High up on a shelf Left to be forgotten. But someday You will take it out again And decide to give it another chance. Surprisingly It will be easier than before. For you will have learned from your mistakes. To your great pleasure, you finish it. And you find yourself wanting to do it again.
