Ideas So I want to write a story, and I always have ideas but never ever manage to finish them and get them into proper chapters and eventually a proper book. So, I was wondering if any of you had good ideas for a book or just how to keep a story going to get lots of chapters so that it becomes a proper book! Thanks x

I know exactly what you mean. I'm trying to build up to it - writing as many short stories and novella as I can and I'm planning on trying my hand at a full length novel pretty soon. I've read some novels and finished them feeling like a few of the chapters were just descriptions of everyday things but I think that's part of it and it helps the reader build up an interest in the character. But saying that I'm definitely no expert, I'm just starting out myself. Best of luck with your story idea!
