You'll Be The First Sometimes I think, What people will say of me, When I'm long gone, When I'm just a memory. Will someone else say, That I was a mistake to the world? That I couldn't do anything right, And that I was a bumbling girl? Will I leave an everlasting mark, And be remembered for all time? Or will I be forgotten? Nobody cares that I'm gone, it's fine... You'll be the first one to forget, You won't care, anyway. They say it takes a year to forget someone, But you didn't even take a day. I bet you'll be that person, The one who forgets... You wanted to hurt me, But I haven't cried yet.
