Poetry By Mackenzie Nobody Cares Sitting in my coffin Thinking of what you said "No one will come, No one will care" I told myself That I'd love you No matter what But nobody came And nobody cared Nobody talked And nobody shared They just stood With shame painted on their faces Not listening to a word As if in other places "Why am I here?" I ask myself "Was it something I did wrong?" I'll leave that thought on the shelf For now it's too late To think of what I could have done I'm going to hell And it has only begun This pain will be forever Too much to bare But nobody came And nobody cared
