✨ and so they laid down together in the damp grass at midnight and looked at the stars. they heard the the grasshoppers and felt the goosebumps on their skin rise. everything felt peaceful, calm, beautiful, perfect. and in that moment they realized how much they loved each other in the most simplest of ways.
