Bacon Hotpot Put alternate layers of thinly sliced potatoes, onions and bacon into a steep sided dish. Cover with cheese sauce and bake on a low heat in the oven for 2 to 3 hours. Serve with plenty of vegetables. Lovely on a cold day!
