Struggling I'm suffering from #depression it's a reoccurring thing and lots of people don't understand it. I know people try to be helpful but saying "keep your chin up, smile" it doesn't always help. You don't know how much I wish to not be in a low mood, to be able to smile, to enjoy #life.
