Thank You On this Thanksgiving day I close my eyes and begin to pray Something I don't do enough I thank God for all this love Thank you for this innocence Thank you for new found bliss More wonderful than I ever knew Peace, love, and happiness too Thank you for sweet simplicity Thank you for a real family Thought my options were down to one Thank you for showing me #life wasn't done Thank you for those years of abuse Thank you for my arms last bruise Though it may have hurt at the time I am stronger now and still alive An unspoken wish granted that day #life looked at a whole new way As I bring my prayer to an end All the love they've shown, I wish for them. €zs2013
