The Journey and the Wait This story is about a family of six....seven including the dog Duke. Their dad wanted to surprise them so he made a log cabin and was planning it to be a Christmas present for the family.So he began he made and outstanding base and weeks went on and it got better and better.His friend John made the process faster and it was coming along brilliantly. In my head I pictured a different visual and when I started to see what it would look like I knew it would be great.When it got closer to Christmas my dad started to panic. Two days later the plasterer came in my dad thought it should have been taped but he said its ok it just needs plastered then the next night the roof collapsed.....At the break of dawn he woke up and fixed the roof in four hours. Sadly he didn't make it for Christmas but then when he was more relaxed he got closer to the finish.One night I stayed up till 4:30am and woke up at 2:30pm when I woke up it was finished so I ran out put my shoes on and went in it was amazing and now the TV is getting putting in and the Xbox it's basically like another house and I couldn't ask for more.
