Highwayman's Cheater, (part 1) He stepped out of the shadows of the stables. Bess was waiting by her window, watching her shady lover ride off into the moonlight. He was gone. Off into the world of adventure. Bess stayed by her window watching the#moonpass behind the clouds, she noticed a young stablehand. He was handsome and mysterious. She opened her window. "Hello ?" She said. He turned around and winked. "Your Bess, right ?" He said. "Of course I am. Landlord's daughter, the best around," she replied. She bit the corner of her lip and smiled. He walked over and was within an inch of her face. "I hope the landlord doesn't mind..." He said. His voice was deep and tender. He leant in and kissed her soft, ruby lips. The highwayman was half-way down the sandy path when he saw his lover locking lips with the stablehand. He turned his horse and galloped off into the moonlight. Bess heard the sound of the hooves and removed her lips from his. She pushed him away and clambered out of the window. She ran in her dress to the nearest horse and climbed aboard it, then slapping it several times before it cantered off into the moonlight to find The Highwayman.
