Convenient Forgive me if I sound too realistic But I feel that we live in a world where everything people say about beauty sounds too convenient Lovers tell their girls that their bodies are beautiful Yet swoon over models with golden concave stomachs Or say "That's a really nice body" On the other hand they think that stars who look less athletic Fall into the category of "alright" or "nah" Leaving their lovers to quietly ponder Upon how their bodies are far from "nice" "You're such a beautiful girl" Then comes across as a lie crafted And used to make a girl feel less insecure Yet contrasts With humanity's need To be realistic About beauty
