Jello Cookies Cooking time: 8 mins, serves: 48 Ingredients: 828 ml All purpose flour 5 ml Baking Powder 355 ml Butter softened 237 ml Sugar 1 package (3 oz) Jello any flavour or colour 1 Egg 5 ml Vanilla Cooking Instructions: Mix flour with baking soda and set aside. Cream butter, gradually adding sugar and jello, beating well. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually add flour, mixing well. Force dough through a cookie press onto un-greased cookie sheet, or roll into 1" balls and flatten slightly. Sprinkle with sugar if desired. Bake at approximately gas mark 5 for about 8 minutes or until edges just begin to turn golden. Remove and cool.
