The Cellar Part 2 I closed my eyes as I sank in further and my head started to go under. I had never felt true terror until this day. My #life flashed before my eyes, as I knew this would be my last breath. I took my last breath of amazing air and went under. "Goodbye #life" I thought to myself. Under the blood, the suitcase seemed like the ocean, cold liquid, never ending bottom, and I wondered what was lying at the bottom. I squirmed, trying to fight the forces evil grip. But I knew I wouldn't get out. Pain flushed over me as I soon gasped for much needed oxygen. My body forced me to breathe in, looking for air. When the blood filled my lungs, a burning sensation filled my body. I gasped, jumping up suddenly. I looked around. "Where am I?" I was laying in a hospital bed, in the ER. I looked next to me. Ben and Dylan were laying in their own hospital beds. I struggled to remember what had happened in the cellar. I knew every single detail, but it haunted me too much to speak of it. "I... I'm..." I choked out. "I'm not.. dead. " A nurse came into the room and noticed I was awake. "How are you sweetie?" She asked me. She was wearing her long blonde hair swept into a low ponytail. She was older, I would guess in her late 40's. I smiled at her, giving her the signal that I was just happy to be here. She left the room and returned a couple minutes later with my parents. My brothers were still sleeping. My mom rushed in first. "My baby!" She cupped my face in her hands and kissed my forehead. "What happened, Mom?" I asked. "Well. Its a long story." She laughed. I could tell she was in a really good mood, considering her kids weren't dead. "I obviously don't have anywhere to be." I laughed back. " Okay, well when I was 3, my family moved into our house- You know, Grandma, Grandpa, your uncle David and I. Well, we lived our whole lives there. It was a great house. Nice, and stuff. Its the house we live in now. Its great. So one day, a neighbor was telling us about how a demon used to control the people that lived here." Her voice got lower. "And how legend says that anyone who lived there after moved out quickly and never came back, scared to death. Well, we thought that was a load of crap. Didn't believe a single word of it. And one day, We were, I would say 14. I came home from school and David wasn't there. We checked the cellar. And sure enough he was there. But he was dead. Laying on the floor. The demon contacted us. He told us that if we left, he would find us and kill all of us. Of course my dad had the cops come and stuff but they never showed up. It was the weirdest thing. So we didn't move. Oh, How i wish we did. We put a giant lock on the cellar. We never went down there. Ever." "So, you guys found me and saved me. " I smiled. "Yes. Your father and I came home. And the cellar door was open. And neither you or Ben was home. So we panicked, Called the cops and ran downstairs . Yet again, the cops didn't show. The house was still cursed after all these years. Your dad and I helped you out and we found Ben and Dylan in a closet, passed out in the cellar." Next, my dad came and kissed me on the forehead. " I love you so much. I thank The Lord every possible second that I found you and your brothers in time." I smiled. When Ben and Dylan woke up, I hugged them and started to cry. The happiest moment of my #life. Never go in the cellar.
