Choco Orange Snaps Ingredients Enough chocolate orange to make a 1.5cm layer on the bottom of the tray Enough digestive or rich tea biscuit to make a layer about 0.5cm thick in the tray Hundreds and thousands Equipment A pan A bowl A baking tray A knife A fridge Method 1. Crumble your biscuits to make a good 0.5cm layer on the bottom of your tin and set aside. 2. Fill your pan with water and place your bowl on top of the pan. Add the chocolate to the bowl. 3. Place the bowl on the hob, turn on the gas and wait for the chocolate to fully melt. 4. Carefully pour the melted chocolate over your crumbled biscuit. 5. Sprinkle 100s and 1000s on top of the chocolate then place in the fridge to set. 6. Once set, remove from the fridge and cut up into small pieces.
