Exhausted! I'm doing a musical in school and we have 12 hour long rehearsals. Anyone know how we can get rid of this tiredness and exhaustion? Any help earns a like on your newest Opuss!

Wowcher that would be tiring!! Take it easy and when you do sleep or get a break try to block everything else out so you can truly relax. Any problems, distractions etc. ð hope that helps!
