Eyelashes She stood there, hair silently waving in the breeze. Ribbons of gold and red flew out behind her. Her eyes were dead. They showed no emotion: They were only green discs with nothing behind them. It was raining. The steady pitter-patter rang in the girls ears, and on her eyelashes, raindrops sat. She closed her eyes.
