Migraines How can I get rid of migraines? Medication doesnt work and sleeping doesn't help because I will wake up with one ?

Ice. Chew ginger for the nausea. Try magnesium (carefully). avoid stupid people. Drink water. Make sure that you're not hungry (one can't feel it while having a headache). Stop take medication for a while, and see if they are the cause. If it dosen't wear off after sleep nor medication nor my advices, see a doctor. Do you have common or classical migraine?
