Free The thought of the weeds wrapped around my head as I sank deeper into the water terrified me, I find it almost unbearable to think of it now. In that moment I remembered my helper and cried out. It was then that I was no longer bound up, no longer being dragged under. It was then I knew there was a choice between #life and death. I chose #life and, at last, I was set free from the that which was holding me.
