Pathway Of Choice #choice Your on a pathway, just a small one. It's not even paved out, it's just a dirt track leading you through a flat field where you can see miles in each direction and more importantly where this little dirt path leads you. As you walk across this plain the path widens, and stones begin to pop about until this whole path is paved. Coming of this now ,well paved path is a little dirt track-much like the one you begun with- do you I down it? Course not, you can see it leads you straight to where your came from. You ignore it, take no notice of it, it was a simple choice. You carry on down this nicely presented path now with no care in the world until you are faced with two similar routes, one spinning off to the left and the other leading off to the right. You can't stay here you must chose to go down one. But which? Well the path to the left leads to a dark, cold forest covered with wild, savage animals and thorns that will pierce your skin like a hot knife through butter. And the other leads to a beautiful refreshing lake with butterflies fluttering in the cool breeze. So where would you go? A path promised with Pain? Or a path that leaks out joy? This one is easy and you stroll down the path on the right, admiring the place. You carry on and the path becomes clear, easy to follow until you are greeted with a huge hill that blokes your vision and on this hill a pathway, but with this hill you can't see where it leads. What if it's dangerous? As you ponder you glance to your left and see another route that does lead to a forest but at least you know where it leads... You decide to take the path though the forest because you are tired and you can't bother to climb that hill. While you walk and battle though the thick leaves and bush you think, have you made a mistake? Was this right way? But you can't turn back you must keep going you decided to go this way so you keep marching on until, Two other paths greet you, both are covered with forest and it's destination is hidden, this choice is completely blind. Left? Right? Where do you go? You have to chose! You go right with little confidence and you find that your choice wasn't the best, and that In-fact, you have gone the hard way, through the mud and dirt and on your left you can see how easy the other way was but your just grateful that they both connect towards the end. Soon the path under your feet becomes a huge motorway, you have to move fast now and coming at you at every angle are roads and streets and lefts, and rights. No time to think just put your foot down and go. So your journey ends, you started on a field and ended up on a motorway, but where would you have ended up if you climbed that mountain, if you took that left turn instead of right? It certainly won't be where you are right now.
