Baker Boys Chocolate Cake 250g butter 500g dark choc 250g sugar 10 eggs Melt butter and chocolate in bain marie Mix sugar and egg yolks until smooth and frothy Combine choc and sugar/egg mix until glossy and smooth Whisk egg whites until stiff and combine with chocolate mix Bake in over for 30-40 mins on 170c Yum!
