I sit alone at lunch Picking at my salad I hear laughs and shouts They're talking about me They must think I'm fat I rush to to the toilet and purge every piece of food and feeling left in me I sit alone at lunch Staring down my salad I hear laughs and shouts I turn around They're skinny and pretty But they're not eating salads I go home and curse my existence Curse my genes but then i remember it's not genes- it's about willpower I don't sit alone at lunch I've hid my salad I hear whispers "She's lost so much weight" "She's not even eating lunch" I smile to myself I rush home to my scales Only to drown in a pool of self loathing I don't sit alone at lunch I've thrown away my salad I hear whispers "They were lying, you're still as fat as you were before" I rush to the toilets And attempt to purge to resurface my emotions I don't sleep alone I don't sleep at all I'm too busy digging my grave With my new friend at lunch

first time songs of ectasy resonated through the room the sound and pleasure dimishing their gloom the arch of her back, her long legs wavy locks of blonde covering her full breasts heavy breathing and their bodies weaving resulting in a beautiful piece of art: a deep connection in their hearts breath after breath skin on skin telling a story with moans from deep within the internal wounds and scars that didnt quite fade all forgotten with love to aid the arch of his back, his nice, broad chest luscious dark hair as unruly as himself as he holds his warm chocolate stare lost in pools of sapphire her stunning eyes of blue she gives a small smile as if to say, "i love you" with one last thrust the want and lust is replaced by love the type they both only dreamed of

they say that every grey cloud has a silver lining. is it possible that i'm a silver cloud with grey lining? and i'm tired of the stopping, starting, rewinding. i'm like the mona lisa in a dark alleyway a pretty picture covering up the scars beneath is it possible that i could be a dark alleyway hiding a mona lisa underneath? and to find the beauty hidden, i have to dig a little deep? they said i was too young to let this world break me little did they know that i had the power to do that myself it only takes one loose thread to pull a dress apart and a seed of doubt is where it all starts they say every grey cloud has a silver lining. is it possible that i'm a silver cloud with grey lining? made up of pointless thoughts and doubts that could evaporate in any second? my grey lining may be what i strive to remove to achieve perfection but in truth it is our imperfections that make us every bit more beautiful and like every cloud, every #life form i'm a part of something bigger a part of a beautiful cycle all in sync and all this stopping, starting, rewinding? the hard work behind the beauty? that is the perfection i should strive for

To Fly With Clipped Wings Her ragged, inconsistent breaths woke me up. Her chest rattled as she inhaled and exhaled, her chest heaving slightly. I looked down at ny hands. How could it be that the same hands that I used for making love could stain my own wife in black and blue? It was almost as if she was drowning even though there was no water. As if her lungs were closing up against her will but she was desperate to have her last breath even if it killed her. She was a fighter. But she never fought back. Apprehensive, I placed my hand on her waist, hoping I wouldn't wake her. Every time I touched her she would flinch. I thought I felt her inch herself away from me and the first of many tears fell. How could it be that her touch used to light me up? Like an inferno of raw love and lust. Her tears the gasoline, my love its fuel. Now, nothing. Silent sobs rippled through my body. It's funny how you can appear so put together but inside everything is crumbling down; a hollow shell of the person you used to be. We used to be the perfect couple- we accepted our flaws and turned them into something beautiful. But scars run deep and eventually resurface. I turned around so my back faced her, closing my eyes. It'd been a long time since she had shown me affection. It was all my fault. I drowned my woes and sorrow in a bottle of the strongest alcohol I could find whilst she drowned herself in her tears. She deserved more than this, more than I could possibly give her. So I decided to set her free. That night, she was free of my troubles. That night, I set her free.
