Writing It Out #mindexcercises #clearyourheadchallenge I'm breathing, I'm writing it out. I'm eating bc I feel a little down. I need some courage something too fuel my soul. I want to believe and I want to plant that seed of hope. I want to see it grow and manifest into faith. not knowing is believing and faith is what we see, after we keep hoping and after we allow ourselves to believe. I don't have all the answers but I'm trying to succeed. I'm trying to find the balance between doing what is right and what is best for me. my heart it is beating stronger then I am breathing. and I hope I can believe in what makes my heart keep beating. What makes my heart want to find the courage to be open and to be strong. What makes me use music to express my emotions into a song. What lets me let it out. give me something to work for maybe so I won't forget, that working for something more positive requires more positivity.
