Anxiety, I Can't Control Myself On the nights I can't control myself When the fear is so bad, I can hardly sleep I lay awake and just think All these worries pop in my head And the worst possibilities come to me On the days I can't control myself When my face turns all red I'm hoping no one will notice me How embarrassing can it be On the days I can't control myself When I talk to people, I start to shake That's when my stomach starts to ache And I realize how much I wish I could control myself
