2. Forgivness It's one thing to be able to forgive other people who may have made a mistake. It's another when you are in need of forgiving yourself... Blaming yourself for something you cant change hurts. Blaming yourself for everything that has happened and not being able to let go hurts even more. A girl i know blames herself for her state of mind. For her #depression and the way she acts towards people pushing them aways so they cant get too close. Pretending that she is ok and happy and always helping everyone else. She blames her self for not being there for her best friend as she was taking her last breaths. And she hates herself for the fact that no tears fall when she visits her grave. She knows that in order to move on she needs to forgive herself and let go. She blames herself for helping everyone else grieve the death while she held it in. She never had anyone there to help her grieve. Ands she blames her self for that. 2 years past and i'm still blaming myself. No one around me know that i suffer for #depression.... i know what it's like and the first step we must take is to forgive ourselves for those things we can not change.... But why is it so hard?

But knowing the truth and hiding the fear, only makes her more worried, only makes her more scared. Doesn't tell a soul, keeps it all to her self, Cause to be honest, no one can help. They wont understand, they wont see it through her eyes, that why she keeps her emotions inside. With that little girl whose scared and weak. Such a shame they don't know its me..." It's easy to say to someone that you know what they're going through. That in the end everything will be ok. The truth is that for them they will never be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. They may be to scared to speak up, to scared to ask for help from someone they know or even a doctor. They may even want to ask for help but believe that their problems are silly petty things that would be used to make fun off them. They may be someone who would not even admit that they have a problem. Does this sound like you? Everyone in they're lives have/will be met by conflict. But no matter what the situation is another can not judge if the conflict is easy to resolve or not. Why? Because we all have a unique way of reacting to a situation that is set before us. We all have our strengths and our weaknesses. This is why it is important to first accept that you have a problem. To understand that there is something wrong that needs to be resolved. To be able to understand that you're human and you won't always get things write. The second part is to know when to ask for help. You may be struggling with a situation someone you know has similarly been through and may be able to help you through. Now i'm not saying everything will be put right over night. That would be unrealistic. But if you are willing to do what you need to in order to make something better, then over time things will get better no matter hard the situation. And always remember that you are not the only one who feels trapped and alone and possibly lost. There are others out there who feel the same. Its okay to admit that something is wrong and its okay to admit that you are not okay...

The Unanswered Question What would happen if i die? Would you miss me? Would you cry? Would you simply come to my grave? Leave me flowers Then walk away Or would you believe That i'm still alive Always search for me Never say good bye
