Seven Sins The seven sins torture us all, they are what make even the strongest of us fall, and though they come in many forms, they all still turn emotions into storms, A mother and father, a son and daughter, a house, a pool, good grades at school, then along came lust, turned the family to dust, Divorced, re-wed, cheating, sneaking, lying, crying, that's why this family is dying. How about our friend greed? Truly a monster of another breed, wanting, all ways wanting, flaunting, never stopping, never letting #life grow In the social world known Making relationships end, pushing away all the children, stoping friends from forming, making #life so boring, But how could I forget about gluttony, such a close relative to greed, always needing more, needing to be filled to the core, the strength of a will, all ready killed, At this sin, health goes out the window, thrown in a trash bin, like an empty tub of coco, Now everyone's met my friend sloth, all too lazy to even call his boss, the high of not even trying, to addicting to come off, the couch and bed so tempting, the thought of sleep so erecting, But wait now I'm not done, there's still three more, wrath, pride, and envy, all so equally tainting, wrath the cause of mutiny, violence, triance, envy and greed brother and sister, wanting what others have, never satisfied with what has been had, but worst of all, I must confess, the reason behind all heinous acts, Pride, the sin that sets off the chain reactions, the traction of violence and misogyny, on such a steep hill, The sin that sets you on a path down such a steep slippery slope, and when you fall, there waiting are the other sins call.
