Today's breakfast is a glass of icy water, half a piece of Vegemite toast and an apple cut into quarters. For the rest of the day I'm going to have tea and diet coke. I want to look good ASAP.

What's with girls kissing other girls, taking pictures of it and then posting it on Facebook. I don't mind if you are actually interested in girls but if you're not, why would you do that? It just seems..attention-seeking?

Damn it. I binged. I hate myself. So much. I'm going to get help though. I'm going to call a counsellor tomorrow morning. I need to so badly. I hate being so obsessed with food and not eating.
