My stomach feels heavy, almost as heavy as my eyelids, and as I write I pause to take deep breaths and rest my head on the back of my soft sofa. I was discharged from hospital yesterday evening after being admitted the morning before for severe dehydration and vomiting, otherwise known as hyperemisis gravadium. When I first saw the condition listed under the final diagnosis section on the dispatch form, I couldn't help but feel the tiniest bit of pride. I had, after all, just been diagnosed with the very same pregnancy condition as Kate Middleton. Now, while we're on the subject of pregnancy I must announce that I am 7 weeks pregnant with my second child. I already have a cheeky boy of 17 months with beautiful brown ringlets (more like a dirty looking mass of knots and frizz), and beautiful golden skin (usually covered in a combination of sticky substances from previous meals). So I'm hoping this one is a girl
