Cancer This is my speech about cancer and my friend almost started to cry about it so I hope you all find it at least the tiniest bit touching to your hearts as well as hers. There are over 100 types of cancer out there and just one of the most common types is called breast cancer and no I'm not just saying this because I'm a female I'm saying this because some people don't just quite understand that males can get it too. Most males who get it can be overweight or used to be and have excess skin left behind on there bodies. But as some of you may not realise is that normal males can also get it too. No having cancer of course isn't a good thing to have but it didn't make you different from the rest of us, seeing at the end of the day we are all human and we are all different. The other type of cancer I want to make an awareness for is skin cancer as my great nan has it on her forehead and now needs to go and get plastic surgery done on it because I hate to admit this but it might just occur to me at the slightest that she's afraid of her appearance in public. She didn't realise that she had it at first as she thought it was a rash as a litre red patch. Turned out not as she went to see her doctor several weeks back now for something else and the doctor looked at it asked her a few questions about how long it's been there for and then booked her a appointment to see the hospital an looked were she turned out for not being bothered to consult to her doctor first about the rash to see if it was normal. And I learnt something the other day it's true what they say on the adverts,

Why do the some say why when know one actually truly knows what that why could mean. In a way funny,strange and rather peculiar way as it may seem like some say why have we got birthdays and others may say why do you say that and then the script goes on saying things with the word why in them and then you forget what the conversation is about. And that's all I want to say about the word why!
