It Just Takes One So many people on this world, Yet so many people feel alone, We used to knock on doors, Now we're the other side of a phone. They call it social media, But social's the only thing it's not. It causes us to stay online, Whether outside is wet,cold, or hot. I'm no social butterfly But I'm easy to get to know. I'm not an attention seeker. But don't mind putting on a show. Off to Zante in 10 days, With couple of lads, Won't see them after for a while. So let's go a little bit mad. People may say I've succeeded nothing in my #life. But the key word is MY. I don't live up to others' expectations. I do what I want and if I want it I'll try! If I make a difference to just one person's #life, I'll see my own as an accomplishment. If I put a smile on your face one day. At one time. From something I do, or something I say. I'd walk on my way. With a smile on mine. My #life has no story yet. But it does have a start. Met some people worth knowing. And some as helpful as a fart. But it's not them I'm focused on, it's me. Hope 2014's Better My heads a bit of a mess, And it is down to a girl yes, Thought she was 'the one', But now she has gone. I do this every time, You see I care too much, I love to give affection, Because its my heart that gets touched. But not anymore! I'm fed up of getting left, Because getting left is not right, it's wrong, it's wrong to get left. So lets put it right! No more relationships, They're too hard work, I think I'm romantic, They think I'm a jerk. But you don't have to reminisce, Just dismiss, The jokers kiss, Whilst you read this, Hopefully you realise, What others see when they look in your eyes. Not just the brown circles that hide your feelings, But it's what they represent, Not just the words but also there meanings. Back Not written anything in a while, So I come back with a smile, Good intentions I bring, While I try and write this thing. Here we go, Ill try and show, What I can give, About what I know, I woke up early today, 6:54am to be exact, Sent a "morning" message to my girlfriend, Even though she was asleep I knew for a fact. I then flicked onto Facebook, To have a quick look, I found nothing on there, Nothing I liked or could share. Which then lead me to here, Not been on for ages, I read one be leelee, As I flicked through the pages. I must say, Hats off my friend, There is no way, I'm smart enough to send, A #poem like that, The rhymes blew me away, Intelligent things you had to say, But I must make a confession, Half the things you said I had no idea what they meant i think i managed to read them right no way I could of used them in the same context you did ....hmmm ession. Then I fell asleep, And had a strange dream, My teeth were falling out, But at the time it didn't seem, Weird at all, It's like I knew they would fall, Out of my mouth, And into a pool, Of blood in the sink, With the walls being pink, Then I woke up, That was weird it left me to think. The time was 10:45, I had 5 messages on my phone, I heard no one in my house, I was home alone.... I like that film Makes me laugh, With the cardboard cut outs, Of the guy in the bath, And when he plays that tape, To the pizza boy at the door, Giving him a countdown, Then he jumps to the floor. Anyway I feel I've gone off track, So let me try and make my way back. I've come back on opuss, And somehow got more, People following my stuff, Well that's what I think I saw.
