We stand by each other and form special bonds. We make memories that last a #lifetime. We know the only man that will always truly love us is our dads. We drown our sorrows in ice-cream. We idolise celebrities that will never know of our existence yet we think we have a shot at becoming their wives. We face the pressures to be perfect everyday. Clothes, makeup, hair. What to say and how to say it. I'm too fat. I must be thinner. I'm too thin. My nose is too big. I have no boobs. I have no hips. No boy will ever want me. We brave bullshitters, shit stirrers and bitches on a day to day basis and pretend that it doesn't matter. We get lied to, left out, used and talked about. We try to be something were not in order to fit in. We attempt the impossible task of trying to please everyone.We feel sorry for the girls with bad reputations and join in with the haters, yet we want to be like the popular girls because..who wouldn't. We forget all that 'everyone is beautiful' and 'your perfect just the way you are' because the only people that have ever said that too us are our parents. We help and stand by the girls that self harm and starve themselves. We get judged everyday of our #life's. We wish our lives away because we want to be older. We forever have crushes on boys yet they have no idea. We suffer in silence because the fear of rejection overpowers everything. Our friends try to reassure us by saying that 'he' likes you back. We smile stupidly at text messages as we unknowingly get lied to. We end up hurt because we were so stupid to believe that what they said was real... Girls are so much more than we appear.
