Lean Manufacturing I recently posed a question ; is it better to try and implement lean and fail, or to not bother at all. Either answer causes a few issues to be raised and changes when a couple of limitations are raised. In a finite amount of time I believe it is better to try and implement lean and fail - at least you are making steps to get better. However in an infinite amount of time it is probably better not to try and implement lean if it will fail. The damage it causes to the culture of a business isn't irreparable but it will make any further attempts at implementing a lean culture much more difficult.
