Part One As she walked along the deserted path, she wondered. A dragonfly hovered nearby and a fish plopped the surface of the water. Nothing was out of the ordinary, nothing made this day stand out, but she knew it would. She saw it all, the war, the destruction, the famine, the plague. But no one would believe her. She glanced at her watch, 4.15, it would start soon, then nothing would be the same ever again.
