Clouded Mind, Not A Great Find Some days are easier than others. Trying to tame this mind is never easy. Non-stop ups and the downs, trying to clarify what is real and what is the sickness. Most days I can see the irrational thinking taking a hold on me, and I can turn it around. Days like today where the thoughts seem so close to the truth, and it literally shakes my core...it seems near impossible to clear my mind. Maybe its better to just be alone, because its easier. I will not become unlovable, and I wont have to hide what I really am...
