Help I ate some nuts today knowing that I am allergic and it could possibly kill me, I did it to punish myself for lying to my parents and boyfriend well ex boyfriend now, I'm fine now but my sister blames herself and my parents are worried and just keep shouting and I still want my boyfriend back. I feel worse now than I did before and consider doing it again but making sure it's successful this time. I don't know what to do obviously I have tried talking to them but nothing works. What do I do?!
