The Impact Of Opuss Always used to think that poetry was boring, maybe thats because in school is me exposed to uninspiring old and non relevant poetry but Opuss has changed that! What Keeps You Healthy Or Unhealthy I was asked in work by a colleague today, "Name one thing that keeps you mentally healthy and one thing that makes you feel mentally unhealthy". This was the first type if ever be asked this question and the answers were simple, reading a night time story to my daughter makes me feel healthy and thinking too much about things make me feel unhealthy. From now on I will always make sure that everyday I do something that keeps me healthy and try remove the things that make me unhealthy. Try it for yourself.......
