Bipolar Perception Do you ever feel like you just can't breathe because even though you're living, #life is lying through its teeth. Because every time I open up my eyes, I can't seem to believe the ones who'll be there until the day I die. You know I could just cry out my eyes. Every tear, every fear slipping from my mind, until everyone in the world comes close to what is real, until they know how I feel. No love, all pain and true deception. I live my #life with a bipolar perception. Because my view on the world is so slightly slanted, what I asked for was wisdom and my wish was granted.

Spirits Fly Freely You spoke words unto my mouth, lips pressed against mine, whispering alibis to my soul, telling me things that I will someday accept in my heart will never be true. Maybe we tell each other exaggerated lies such as, "you will always be mine" because we know deep down, that we cannot keep someone as ours forever or even, at all. We cannot keep someone in our possession; spirits fly freely, unless we clip their wings and shackle their legs and keep them as our prisoner. And sometimes, being as the prisoner, freedom is the ability to see what's on the other side of the glass but not the given desire to explore it.
